Today I ate a traditional Thai dessert lod chong.
green noodles in a plastic bag is a rice cake mixed with the leaves of pandanus tectorius , plants of the genus pandanów.
For green pasta syrup is added to the coconut milk and sugar from sugar cane. Ice is added and mixed well. Bowl Lod Chang is nutritious, sweet and cold, which is not negligible in the April sweltering day in Bangkok.
