The momos remind me polish dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms. I missed only a drink made of beets called borscht. This could be the best set of food in all North India. My favorite borscht was replaced by a beer. Dansberg Blue from Yuksom breweries was the best substitution.

I found my best momos made home in Pelling. The plate of 8 dumplings ( almost everywhere are served 8 pieces ) had had compelling taste. The place resembled a barn and was located between two popular Guesthouses in Pelling.
